Genovation Cars CEO Completes U.S. State Dept. Speaking Tour of Australia & New Zealand 3 Jul '13

ROCKVILLE, MD --- Andrew Saul, CEO of Genovation, Inc., recently completed a three-week, eight-city speaking tour of Australia and New Zealand on “Entrepreneurship and Renewable Energy,” as part of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of International Information Programs (IIP). Genovation is a Rockville, Md.-based designer and custom builder of environmentally friendly automobiles.

Andrew addressed youth audiences; national, state, and municipal officials; environmental NGOs; entrepreneurs; business leaders; academics; and media about entrepreneurship in renewable energy and climate change through the application of new and innovative technologies.

Andrew’s speaking tour highlights included:

  • Frequent interviews for print and broadcast media in New Zealand and Australia.
  • Numerous addresses before university academic groups and meetings with elected officials on green initiatives.
  • Public address at the Royal Society of New Zealand.
  • Featured speaker at the Ben Franklin Club at the U.S. Consulate in Melbourne, discussing future green tech.
  • Presentations before CitySmart, Brisbane’s sustainability agency; INCUBATE at the University of Sydney; and Engineers Without Borders at the University of Queensland.
